Booking and confirmation
A request is not a confirmation. Even when dates are temporarily held, confirmation follows only after the bank transfer has been verified and explicit written acceptance is sent.
Prices and tourist tax
Prices come from site configuration. Tourist tax is shown separately and follows the current rules of Roma Capitale.
Check-in and check-out
Initial times: check-in from 3 pm; check-out by 10 am. Add procedures, ID requirements, and late-arrival rules.
Guests and pets
Maximum 4 guests. Pets are allowed when disclosed in the request; add any final conditions.
House rules
Add final rules for noise, smoking, parties, damage, and responsible use.
Cancellations
Add the final cancellation policy, refund timings, and exceptions before taking payments.
